the canopy of the world
makes hearts look upward. ...

I am thrilled to report that I had another successful week!
I'll scan some later this weekend that I received from our T.O.P.S. (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) album manager & post them soon.
Today I dropped another 2.4 pounds which makes it 74 pounds since January of 2013. I'm feeling comfortable about that & even though we will be travelling to a car show in March, I feel confident in the skills I've been practicing to keep things on an even keel dining out three meals a day. Because of that success, I'm doing the Snoopy Happy Feet Dance!
Here is the T.O.P.S. Pledge: "I am an intelligent person. I will control my emotions, not let my emotions control me. Every time I am tempted to use food to satisfy my frustrated desires, build up my injured ego, or dull my senses, I will remember that no matter if I over eat in private, my excess poundage is there for all the world to see. I WILL take off pounds sensibly."
Two weeks ago even though I'm clearly NOT yet at goal I hopped up to recite the K.O.P.S. Keep Off Pounds Sensibly pledge with the ones who were already at goal. Ir differa in "...I will remember that I am to be an example of all T.O.P.S. can do as I KEEP Off Pounds Sensibly." The was my first step in managing the Law of Attraction into my life in this particular area.
I'm beginning to clarify what my life is like when I have reached & am easily & happily maintaining my goal weight. More details to follow soon.
This is my image of myself greeting the new day in my slender, healthy body. This is what I will continue to hold until it becomes my reality.
Each time I remain accountable to my exercise program for Pilates 100's once or twice a day & working my arms with five pound weights, I'm getting closer to this image.
Life is good. I am blessed!
